FENWAY HURLING CLASSIC
With the Fenway Hurling Classic, the sport of hurling returned to Fenway Park for the first time in more than 60 years in 2015. Since then, Fenway Hurling Classic has come back to Fenway in 2017, 2018, and 2019 as well as expanded to other locations such as at Citi Field in New York. When creating this logo, I wanted to pay homage to the rich tradition of Hurling by incorporating a Celtic and intricate pattern. I also included a gaelic-style font to lean more into the Irish culture while incorporating the sponsor’s color and logo onto the badge.
